I am currently a junior at Miami University studying accountancy in the Farmer School of Business with a minor in fashion. Throughout my time at Miami I have worked in various teams for projects whether it was in a regular classroom setting or through my semester long First Year Integrated Core project. I have learned how to work with people and how to lead a team through these projects. This has taught me how to be a successful communicator and team member. I am very interested in the quantitative, behind-the-scenes parts of business, which is what drove me to the accountancy major. I have taken few accounting classes thus far including Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, and Intermediate Financial Accounting. Here, I have learned how to think critically and solve problems. Throughout my time at Miami, I have learned how to be adaptable and use my determination for achieving success to be detail oriented and organized to make sure I am producing the best work possible. * Assists Cashier with wrapping gifts and bagging plants for customers * Prices various items such as jewelry, clothing, candles, food, etc. to be sold in the gift shop
* Served as an assistant for Dr. Greg Dern for his Creativity, Innovation, and Entrepreneurial Thinking class in the First Year Integrated Core to guide the students through their first classes in the Farmer School of Business * Held office hours for students who needed assistance on any assignments in the class
* Travels to various golf clubs in Cincinnati, Columbus and Dayton representing the company * Provides golfers with tee gifts such as FootJoy/Titleist clothing, shoes, golf balls, bags, and golf clubs * Communicates with 100-200 golfers each tournament on the process of receiving their golf equipment
* Coordinated orders with other employees to ensure every order went out on time * Filled five to ten orders a shift to be delivered to curbside customers * Assisted any in-store customers who needed assistance in locating items in the store * Communicated to customers via text and sent updates so their order could be filled properly
