About

My biggest strength as a person and as an employee is my passion, excitement, and dedication for work that I love. My goal as a new Mechatronics Engineering graduate is to find innovative and challenging work that will have positive global impacts and allow me to learn and grow in my career. My passions lie in software and robotics and how these may be applied to foster creativity and improve quality of life. I am also fascinated with defence and the growing space industry in Australia due to the fast-paced innovation and upcoming robotics applications in these fields. I have a range of technical and communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills, fostered through my Summer Vacation placement at DST and practical university subjects, including the final year Capstone Project, where I worked in a team to construct and automate two quadrotor drones. I also have extensive programming experience in Arduino, Python, C, MATLAB, Java, HTML, and C++. Additionally, I have experience in project management and execution under strict time frames due to completing various projects throughout my DST program and university subjects, including an overseas intensive robotics subject studied in Latvia where we worked in a small team to ideate, design, and construct a stair-climbing robot within two weeks. Ultimately, my key values as an employee come from my positive attitude, keen passion and dedication for the work I do, and my ability to learn very quickly and openly communicate with others. I eagerly look forward to starting my career!

Gabriella Tutor is a business dedicated to teaching students how to master the art of effective studying and learning, to transform average grades into something extraordinary. Many students struggle through the study process, not knowing how to study effectively nor efficiently, and they feel disheartened and frustrated when their hard work does not yield desired results. In an increasingly demanding educational system with rising levels of competition and uncertain futures, it is therefore no surprise that students try to study harder and harder at the cost of their mental health, which is suffering more now than ever. But students do not need to study themselves into the ground to achieve success. Success is not only about studying harder, but also about studying smarter. Gabriella Tutor uses real researched study strategies - supported by scientific studies and real-world data from former successful students - to show students, for the first time, how to study effectively without sacrificing their mental health. But beyond that, truly effective study techniques benefit not only grades, but are the foundation to develop key life skills for the future. Gabriella Tutor seeks to set students up not only for academic success, but success in all future endeavours. Founded by a Dux Secunda and Master of Engineering with Distinction graduate from the University of Melbourne, it is the mission of Gabriella Tutor to teach students across the world the study and life skills they were never taught to transform not only their grades, but also their futures.
