Gabriella has been been involved in patient care and management for nearly 20 years. Having honed her clinical and managerial skills in the fast paced emergency departments of level 1 trauma centers, she spent her early days as a phlebotomist and advanced through clinical practice ranks ultimately becoming an FNP (Family Nurse Practitioner) and further rising to executive level management within large health systems. Gabriella has seen, experienced and navigated through the complex and important web of ambulatory patient care and management within the New York Metropolitan area health care apparatus. For the past 10 years Gabriella has been a director of Circle Urgent Care on Staten Island as well as a regional head for ProHEALTH Urgent Care (a division of Optum Care and United Health Group). While she is still leading Circle, she is now a Practice Development Director for MedExcel USA a joint venture partner of Circle Urgent Care. She lives on Staten Island with her husband and two boys and continues to enjoy helping people on their most difficult days regarding their health and wellbeing.
