When organisations can't afford a critical IT or AI transformation to fail, they need someone who genuinely understands the technology — and can move the organisation at the same time. That's been my craft for 15 years. I'm a Senior Interim Manager at the intersection of IT, AI, and business transformation. What makes my profile rare: I've built production ML systems, delivered PMO governance at CHF 1 billion scale, and proven myself in heavily regulated environments — financial services, insurance, public sector. Three examples that make this concrete: → Swiss Post: Led IT delivery across 4 post-COVID infrastructure programmes as the division's representative. Identified a hardware defect causing years of unexplained manual interventions across all Swiss Post sorting facilities — and drove a full vendor hardware upgrade without contractual leverage. → UNIQA Insurance: Designed and implemented an ML-based omni-channel contact classification system achieving 85% routing accuracy. Result: 7 FTE freed in a 12,000-person organisation. → KIDSTON People: PMO governance for a CHF 1 billion strategic technology programme — cross-functional, board-adjacent, delivery-focused. Participated in agile projects (Scrum/Kanban) in the area of IT/technology, ensuring data management and quality assurance for ERP-related initiatives. + Worked within a hybrid project methodology (HERMES + Agile) by aligning IT deliverables on security related ERP projects to federal data protection standards (e.g. SI001, S1003) and applying these to day-to-day operations. + Regular participation in sprint planning and review meetings, prioritisation of backlog items in terms of data flow and architecture. + Partner management of external suppliers
Strategic IT Infrastructure Programme + Co-responsible for the management of a large-volume, strategic IT infrastructure programme consisting of several projects in the area of security-critical networks, data centres and IT systems. + Operational programme management together with the programme manager and two other PMOs - including planning, reporting, risk management and coordination of project managers. + Focus on the security and integrity of the system architecture: participation in the definition of secure communication protocols and enforcement of security requirements in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001. + Support in strategic goal alignment, progress control and budget monitoring at programme level. + Act as a trusted external programme advisor with a focus on results orientation, technical coherence and security.
Adaptation of IT services to the federal government's data protection standards (e.g. SI001, S1003) and guaranteeing functioning data migrations while taking into account high security and availability requirements. + Optimised business processes through detailed analyses and surveys that significantly improve customer satisfaction and operational flexibility.

Acted as solution architect and lead data modeller for corporate clients including Unicredit Austria and UNIQA. + Developed customised IT solutions for international enterprise clients, including relational database schema design and metadata standards implementation. + Responsible for solution architecture: definition of solution architecture in line with enterprise architecture, consideration of ITIL standards in IT service management design + Creation of detailed functional specifications and technical specifications to control software development and ensure compliance with project objectives, in particular with regard to data modelling, extraction and transformation of data for analysis purposes (ETL processes). + Leading digital transformation projects, including the introduction of ML-based document classification systems for process efficiency. + In selected projects, especially for clients in the banking sector, responsibility for the implementation of information security management systems according to ISO/IEC 27001 and compliance with data protection requirements.
