- 10+ years of experience in quality/food safety roles within high-volume food manufacturing (FMCG). - 10+ years leading food safety programs in a multi-site large manufacturing environment. - 10+ years experience developing professional risk assessments to support strategic decisions. - Extensive experience is process analysis - Deep knowledge of HACCP, GMP, FSMA, FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, and other leading certification regimes. - Strong technical understanding of chemistry, microbiology, toxicology, allergens, and sanitation methods. - PhD Food Chemistry
