Promoted to HR Manager MEIA (Middle-East, India & Africa Region): reporting to the Chief People Officer. Concurrent role: maintain existing responsibility as HR Business Partner for Italian Commercial Business Units, reporting to the HR Corporate Manager.
Reporting to the HR Corporate Manager as HRBP for the Commercial Business Units in Italy across three locations. From 05/2024: expanded scope to include the MEIA Region (subsidiaries in UAE & South Africa), reporting to the Chief People Officer, while maintaining full responsibility for the Italian Commercial Business Units.
Reporting to the HR Corporate Director, HRBP assigned to the following areas worldwide: Business (Sales, Strategic Marketing, Product Management, Business Development, Communication, Customer Service, Pre Sales & After Sales), Operational Excellence, Infrastructure. Accountable of the execution of the HR Plan for the assigned areas. Involved in all HR processes and topics: Recruitment, Development, Organization, Change Management, Training, Administration. Supervision of the implementation of HR guidelines and policies in Group’s manufacturing plants based in China, Mexico, Brazil, and Slovakia, being in daily contact with the HR local teams, supporting the HR Corporate Director in taking decisions and launching initiatives. Expatriates management (~10 people across USA, China, Japan, Denmark, Mexico, Brazil, Slovakia).
Second assignment of the Graduate Program (9 months) and destination function at its end. Recruitment and Employer branding: interviews and assessment centers, career days and institutional relations. Corporate processes: design of a new Recruitment process and implementation on the HR management tool, management of the Performance Development process, MBO bonus calculation, definition and analysis of HR KPIs. Supporting Organization office: definition of the professional model and all the company roles, job descriptions writing.
First assignment of the Graduate Program (9 months). Supporting the PMO, involved in projects both in the Corporate and in the Operations areas. Some examples: commercial opportunities flow design and implementation in CRM (Dynamics 365), structuring and monitoring of all functions’ KPIs, analyzing variability in the production process, providing to functions effective tools to track and share their activities (SharePoint), moderation of cross-functional monthly meetings related to the company's performance towards the most important customers. Responsible for the implementation of a project management tool (i-nexus).
Implementation of Smart Working, management of public funding with FondImpresa and FonDirigenti, instructor’s assistant, on-boarding programs, management of the LMS, management of office intranet (SharePoint).
