Responsabilities/accountabilities: - Manage projects within the Research & Development and Crop Science departments from ideation to execution over up to 4 Product categories (different final harvested products and on different farm systems). ==> Liaise with stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope, objectives, and KPIs ==> Prepare project implementation plan, and monitor progress; ==> Risks/opportunities assessment, identifying and eliminating blockers ==> Track & monitor project evolution, timeline, and budget to accommodate the business needs ==> Oversee project monitoring, communication, marketing, and procurement activities. - Maintain and expand Infarm Product Portfolio. Drive, support, and facilitate research and development initiatives to establish high-quality crops and consistent improvement of our end consumer products offering including new categories. 10 "Crop Introduction" projects and 20 "Variety Replacement" projects. - Facilitate product development and product delivery internally with the product & tech team, i.e. Hardware, Software, and Ops, to ensure crop productivity in all of our hardware product portfolio. Driving weekly and bi-weekly meetings with up to 15 internal stakeholders from different internal teams. - Devise comprehensive performance status reports and internal product playbooks that capture progress and best practices, viewable at the Executive level and below. Creating and maintaining more than 300 product playbooks in existing tools/programs (Confluence/Jira/Zoho) and providing useful overviews for users/watchers. - Conduct Sensory Evaluation sessions for newly grown crops and for variety replacements. 5 sessions have been conducted over the past 3 years with participants varying from 6 to 25. Process optimization: - Seed Sourcing Project - Recipes Roll out (from Research team to Operations/Sales) - Recipe Creation and naming
Responsabilities/Accountabilites: - Ensuring smooth operations for all EMEA partners (40 partners) re-selling printers (channel partners), by liaising with the internal account management and logistics departments. - Leading and coordinating more than 8 important and side projects to increase the Channel Sales efficiency (eg. improving the shipping speed, increasing the partner's use of the order platform, extending the visibility on order statuses, or enhancing the onboarding plan for new partners) - Collecting and reporting data to get relevant insights to steer Channel business success - Communicating critical updates and announcements to channel partners about new product launch, new pricing, etc. - Ensure thorough new partner onboarding, e.g. training the procurement team on web store order placement, process POs, set up their account in our systems, etc. - Maintain accurate partner data within Salesforce, Magento, and other systems
Key account Manager for main French Partners (30 partners) portfolio: - Responding, negotiating and closing tenders with third party companys within the french moving market; Average of 50 moves/week. - Improving service quality (conducting more than 4 surveys regarding our services, optimizing processes); - Identifying development axes to grow partnerships. Logistic coordinator: - Placing performance steering; - Pricing analysis and focus axes definition to improve company's logistics strategy and optimize routes and margin. - KPI's: pre-move margin (increased by 10% from 2017 to 2018); % of cancellations (0 cancellation objective reached by october 2017) Partner acquisition: More than 40 new partners (all french country) were acquired through my efforts. - Developing PA strategy regarding company's needs; - Implementing partner acquisition initiatives; - Discussing with relevant internal stakeholders to align on key initiatives to increase partner acquisition.
Account Manager: - Analyzing Moves, finding partners in France and Europe to carry them out. - Responsible of a turnover of 300K € through 1200 moves in 9 months (from October 2016 to June 2017). - Implementing new strategies to improve capacity planning and costs - Built up robust partner networks; Develop long term relationships with partners; Managing partners - Negotiate deals with numerous service providers - Product owner for Scrum method, developing vision, authority, and availability. In relation to the community for the incentive fee in waste management. In order to answer concerns and questions from the community about the new effective fee, the Conurbation of the Sicoval set up a call center platform for a period of two months. This was primarily a quality support for the community to ensure it receive the best solutions in terms of service for household waste. Good knowledge of the project is essential.
