I am currently pursuing a PhD at the University of Sydney, where I study how aging caregivers of persons with disabilities navigate disasters. My background spans community-based rehabilitation, teaching, and climate and disaster education. I have worked with organizations like the UP Resilience Institute, Oxfam Pilipinas, and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations on research and resilience initiatives. I am particularly interested in turning lived experiences into practical, inclusive solutions for resilience on the ground.
