- Managing complex employee lifecycle processes: contracts preparation, onboarding, processing promotions, internal & international transfers, resignations and terminations. Responsible for completing candidate's background check process in cooperation with background check vendor - Active involvement in the preparation of payroll input files, daily coordination with external payroll vendor/EOR on employee-related topics - Active participation in People Operations Team's transformation projects to effectively improve current processes (e.g. Workday system implementation & testing, conducting internal trainings on system functionalites, processes innovations and improvements) - Providing a frustration-free employee experience through operational excellence and timely inquiry management; operating as a first point of contact for employees, line managers, internal HR Teams through ticketing system (ServiceNow) - Managing preparation, signing and distribution of various HR-related documents, forms and letters - Assisting with ad-hoc reporting via Excel/Workday/SuccessFactors - Managing daily administration of employee data in internal HRIS system, support systems andsharepoint, maintaining employee's files and records
- End to end responsible for mobilization including preparation of cost estimates, conducting briefings with employees, initiation and coordination of services with vendors. Acting as regional point of contact for mobility consultations, policies, programs and governance - Effectively partnering with managers, HRBP's, and external vendors to provide advice and guidance on mobility and immigration issues and strategies in multiple countries and regions - Cooperating with internal HR, payroll and finance teams across the globe to ensure the highest level of compliance and employee experience - Being the main point of contact for Poland-based employees requiring immigration support; providing assistance with obtaining and renewing work permits/visas; supporting with documents gathering and application process. Tracking the expiry dates and taking approriate actions as required
- Administering end to end relocation process for assignees; coordinating complex relocation support (travel, shipment, immigration, housing, school, etc.). Briefing assignees on all relevant aspects of their assignment/transfer - Production of cost estimates and assignment/transfer documents - Working with vendors (Relocation, Immigration, Medical, Tax Companies) to ensure successful and seamless relocation processes - Being main point of coordination for HR teams, line managers, payroll, immigration and security teams - Ensuring Workday and all GM records are up to date, reviewing and approving GM vendors’ invoices - Running and distribution of ad hoc and regular reports required by the GM team and the business
- Reviewing Global Assignee Authorization process for KPMG services and advising client on the requirements and timelines - Assigning requests to respective KPMG Foreign Offices in line with internal definers and the Client's authorization policies - Key Performance Indicators monitoring & processes review and improvements - Submitting and monitoring the completion of RiskManagement queries - Access rights management for KPMG platforms both for Client and internally, ad hoc reporting as needed by the Client or internal teams - Multiple mailboxes monitoring on a daily basis, responding to billing and fee questions - Cooperating with technology and development team to set up systems used for processes automation
