Responsabilities: • Sourcing possible candidates for different projects; • Perform Head Hunting activities by conducting the entire process on LinkedIN and other recruitements platforms; • Screening CVs based on a specific set of criteria; • Holding telephone interviews with the candidates; • Responsible with the recruitment process on different positions such as: Java Developer, C/C++, C#/.NET Developer, Web Developer, Front End Engineers, Mobile Developer, QA Engineers, Business Analysts, Database Administrators, System and Network Administrators, , Project Manager; Solution Architects and other IT related roles. • Present job opportunities to candidates and inquire about their level of interest in the positions presented; • Managing the company database by introducing and updating the resumes of the candidates; • Sending feedback emails to unsuccessful candidates after the end of the selection process, accordingly to the procedure; • Sending offers to the accepted candidates; • Creating and promoting job announces; • Drawing-up job descriptions; • Filtering candidates' resumes; • Planning interviews. • Keeping in touch with candidates during the entire recruitment and selection process; • Organize HR activities and company events.
