I have been in DHL Supply Chain since 2002. At this time I have developed some experiences: In Operation: •Several times exceeded KPI´s driving the whole team to a unique objective using management tools such as scorecard; •Worked with continuous improvement into operational processes, applying new concepts and technology for the Logistics operations. •Leadership over the team resulted in good development of people involved which some of are already occupying leadership positions in the company; •Good relationship with different departments of the company, knowing how to manage the availability of resources to mitigate the impacts on service level; •Quality management system implementation as the following: ISO 9000, 14001 and ISOTS 16949 implementation as Audit Leader. •Experience in Start Up of new Operations as Ford Manufacturing, Braskem and PPG accounts. In Project Management: . Strong experience in Large Projects as: new warehouses, new system implementation, recovery plan, new customers implementation and Global Projects; . M&A in the country.
