Leading the RJNE Strategy Team which was responsible for P&L, Strategy, Planning and Pricing. Including Team Onboarding, Target and Budget Allocation, along with Pricing Strategies and team alignments to guarantee our goal achievement.
Owner of all Pricing Operations and Strategy for the RJNENO region, representing 40% of DiDi/99's ride hailing business in Brazil. Structured and implemented a new Pricing Model which brought efficiency and more visibility to day to day operations, allowing for quick decision making. Responsible for the PAX Pricing Campaign which brought an increase of over 40% in Orders and helped impact DiDi/99's Price Perception in Brazil. Responsible for Pricing Geofence Optimization in the Northeast of Brazil, along with New Product Launch.
