I standby my beliefs. One of them being: if you want to do something, do it well or don't start at all. As a Staff Mentor, I enhance the learning experiences of students by empowering them and providing them the platforms to improve their life/soft-skills. The students grow in a positive environment and learn the importance of self and people-management, public speaking and organising of events which in turn enhance their graduate employability. To value-add and enhance the personal development journeys of students, I also liaise and consult industry players to bring in potential speakers and trainers for the industry student chapters, as well as partners for our student clubs.
