I am a strategic and people-centric leader with over 20 years of experience in the education sector, driving transformation through organisational development, strategic planning, and talent development. I led the Student Development Office during a period of change, reshaping student and talent programmes, building high-performing, future-ready team through changes in policy, structure, and culture to create clarity, alignment, and impact. In my capacity as Deputy Director, Corporate & Strategy Planning, I have also led enterprise-wide change initiatives such as institutional quality assessment, organisational restructuring, OKR implementation, and the core team for NP 2030 strategic envisioning exercise. I worked closely with senior leadership, board members, and industry partners to align institutional goals with long-term strategic shifts.
