Associate in distribution channel strategy within the Business Intelligence team. Responsible for drawing insights from data to optimize our distribution channels' resource allocation. Although I cover all retail distribution channels, I specialize in the ETF and Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) channels. I was responsible for building both the ETF and RIA data models from scratch which informed both channels' overall strategy and tactics. Well-versed in SQL, Excel & VBA, data analysis, and beginning to delve into Python.
•Analyzed the firm’s current fund offering through composite performance reports and systematically identified frequently underperforming funds to prepare client advisers for conversations with clients •Analyzed the opportunity set in the subadvisory landscape by interpreting sales and industry financial data to prepare summary reports highlighting key opportunities for the firm •Identified key competitors in the managed volatility space by critiquing each fund’s approach and underlying assets to highlight any opportunities and to orientate the group towards those opportunities •Prepared the Quarterly Business Review presentation for the team by collecting and interpreting data from all members of the team and identified the best way in which to present the data
