About

I have always believed, and continue to believe, that the future of successful organizations is increasingly shaped by people. Technology enables automation, drives efficiency, and offers countless advantages, but it is human relationships and the quality of teams that truly make the difference. That is where the game changes and where one company distinguishes itself from another. It was precisely this belief that led me to choose a career in Human Resources nearly 20 years ago. Throughout this journey, I have had the opportunity to work with diverse leaders, cultures, and organizations across different countries and business environments. I have supported cultural transformations, developed talent attraction, development, and retention strategies, and partnered with leaders through periods of significant challenge and uncertainty, helping them make the best decisions possible. Over the course of these nearly two decades, I have had the privilege of working in countries such as Brazil, México, USA, Canada, Argentina, Uruguay, South Africa, Turkey, Egypt, Romania, Spain, China, Hong Kong, while also living and working in both the UK and Portugal. One of the greatest gifts of this journey has been the opportunity to provide my family and myself with the experience of living in and connecting with the truly inspiring culture of Portugal. I will always be grateful to the company that made this important chapter of my life possible. When I am not talking about leadership, culture, performance, or succession, you will most likely find me running or cycling. Sport has been part of my life since a very young age, especially running, which entered my life when I was 12 years old. Since then, I have never stopped. Running has given me countless stories, memories, moments of struggle and triumph. Through it, I have come to understand my body, push my limits, build lasting friendships, and learn that every step counts and every small achievement matters. It is not about how far you run, swim, or ride. What truly matters is challenging yourself every day, showing up, and giving your best effort, even when your mind and body would rather stay on the couch watching the favorite series. The discipline I have learned through sport has brought benefits that extend far beyond physical health. Whatever the discipline, sport reinforces a belief that I carry into my professional life every day: High performance is not an event. It is a habit. A habit built day after day through discipline, consistency, resilience, and the determination to keep moving forward.
