I am working as the Head of Geotechnics for Herrenknecht AG, a supplier of cutting-edge mechanised tunnelling and mining systems. I hold a PhD from TU Munich performing research on Utility Hard Rock TBMs and innovative hard rock cutting and mining technologies. Working both over- and underground on tunneling and mining projects worldwide extends my knowledge and experience, day by day. I am open minded, curious, multilingual and especially interested in all geological, geotechnical and environmental topics, especially tunnelling, mining, economic geology and sustainable resource management. My colleagues appreciate me as a positive forward-thinking, flexible and efficient team leader with international experience, always eager to learn new interesting things.
