I have a high school diploma and a cabin crew attestation issued by EASA, as well as type qualification certificates for various aircraft models, including B737, B737-MAX-8, A320, A321, and A330. In my six years of experience in aviation, I have learned and mastered various emergency procedures, such as pilot incapacitation, surface contamination, evacuation, fire and smoke, and first aid. As a Senior Cabin Crew, I am entrusted with the following responsibilities: • Ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the flight • Leading and guiding Junior Cabin Crew Members, fostering teamwork and professional development • Overseeing cabin safety protocols, including emergency procedures and compliance with airline regulations • Managing in-flight service, ensuring a seamless and exceptional passenger experience • Coordinating with the flight deck and ground crew to ensure smooth operational procedures • Providing leadership in emergency situations, ensuring a calm and efficient response • Maintaining high standards of customer service, handling any issues or concerns with professionalism and care
