Founders Associate for Talent, People & Organizational Growth at Lio. I’m building the people foundation as first HR hire — helping us grow from the first 50 employees into a company that scales with strong teams, clear ownership, and a healthy culture. My focus is simple: attract great people, build teams that work well together, and design structures that allow fast growth without breaking the organization. Before Lio, I spent time across team-/leadership development (family business), executive search (Russell Reynolds), and digital strategy (OMMAX). I also co-founded a student consultancy and studied Management & Digital Technology at LMU Munich.
