Among the 2 firsts in Hungary I started to teach Artificial Intelligence Business School material at the University of Szeged. AI is already in the daily life of selected businesses in Hungary, but it can create significant value by democratising knowledge, helping people to develop more effectively and forecast/predict with much better precision than ever before. In the AI Business School students learn real use cases about AI innovation, introduction and the way how it transforms organisations and people's mindset. The key message is: how people can focus more on what they excel.
Transforming the 4-brand car dealership marketing, sales and aftersales focus to digital-first customer acquisition strategy. Introduced digital-marketing-to-car-sales measurable technology and process by combining numerous digital and sales force automation tools in order to jump ahead other car dealers in the time of lockdown.
• Managing a EUR 157 million P&L and leading the B2B Sales and Marketing Segment (85 people). • Developing cloud-based digital services to small- and medium-sized enterprises and creating a competitive edge on the marketplace by focusing on added value solutions (mobile payment, beyond banking, ERP, productivity, etc.). Successfully increased market share; improved profitability. • Took over a declining B2B Sales and Marketing Segment (7-10% revenue decrease YoY at that time) and reversed the negative revenue and profitability trend in less than a year. • Saved 248 million HUF by solving detected compliance issues. Eliminated loopholes and anomalies; made the organization more transparent. • Against all the odds, brought back almost lost deals and resumed negotiations - renewed major contracts by utilizing thorough industry knowledge and offering value-added solutions. • Managing C-level negotiations and won new deals (Audi Hungaria, Catholic Church, 4IG, etc.).
• Led marketing communication activities for the authority including media campaigns, industry events, and digital appearances at social media. Defined strategic directions and managed the end-to-end marketing communication process. • Pursued and promoted infocommunicational awareness across media consumers. Managed complex ATL and BTL campaigns (electrosmog, prepaid identification). • Promoted infocommunnication industry initiatives (Subscriber Identification, Europe-wide roaming, and network neutrality) and digital media education initiatives for the youth. • Built an entirely new website and corporate identity design from the ground up. Restructured and migrated 30,000+ pages of content. Led and managed the transition smoothly.
