• Managing daily liquidity with optimizing the cash management activities, FX management, loan and deposit activity and the operation of several cash pool systems in different currencies, liquidity risk management • Planning, preparing and initiating payment transactions – with relevant treasury team • Account reconciliation, locating and solving the discrepancies • Preparing cash-flow forecast and several cash management reports, related data management and data processing using treasury databases. • Dealing with external and internal counterparties • Reviewing cash management related contracts and internal guidelines, processes; Preparing process descriptions for internal audit • Solid working experience with different ERP and Treasury management systems, treasury infrastructures: SAP Treasury, Quantum (FIS), SWIFT, API’s, on-site developed applications, In-House bank and virtual accounts • Experience in several system developments and implementing, automation and digitisation technology projects, set up new cash pools
• Customer and counter-party credit risk assessment, monitoring • Credit limit proposals and providing financial support for decision makers • Reviewing internal regulations / guidelines, • Develop cash effective methods to minimize and handle credit risk • Negotiations with internal and external stakeholders • Monitoring and participating in collecting overdue receivables, initiating procedures, reporting write-offs • Monitoring and assessing financial guarantees and collaterals • Reviewing credit risk related sales and ISDA contracts
