- Unterstützen die Bid-Manager der Vertriebs- und Produktbereiche im Einkauf während des Bid-Prozesses sowie die Projektleiter/innen und Produktbereiche im Customer-Order-Fulfillment-Prozess - Suchen nach nationalen und internationalen Lieferanten für projektspezifische Hardware und nach Dienstleistungen zur Erfüllung der Projektanforderungen - Verantwortlich für strategische Einkaufsentscheidungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Segment Purchasing - Optimieren gesamtwirtschaftlich Einkaufsverträge für Projekte - Ermitteln Cost-Improvement-Möglichkeiten und verbessern die projektspezifische Supply Chain - Agieren als Schnittstelle zu anderen Units bei größeren Projekten - Steuern alle relevanten Ressourcen im Sinne einer Einkaufsprojektleitung, um die jeweilige Bid- bzw. projektbezogene Einkaufsstrategie zu erreichen
- Oversee supply chain: manage cutomer relationships, guarantee timely ordering and on-time delivery, ensure prompt payment on invoicing - Achieve targets (Budget, OTD, Sales, GM, Inventory Turns) - Scope expansion - Management of new and series projects (till approval/qualification) - Ensure quality documentation’s compliance for customer’s needs - Order management - Develop and maintain framework and strategic agreements with customer
- Supplier selection and request for quotation - RFQ analysis - Framework contracting - Tool procurement, construction follow-up and approval/release - Communication and handling of complaints - Developement of supplier rating and supplier relationship
- KAM for IKEA and McDonald's - Annual price negotiations - Preparation of annual contracts - Participate in production planning and preparation of business plan - Improvement and development of manufacturing processes - Maintenance of existing key accounts‘ relationship
- Perform monthly controlling closures - Support and coordinate the processes at the monthly financial closures
