Manage team of 3 project managers responsible for large infrastructure cabling service and projects. Customers to include Kroger, Books-A-Million, HEB. Project history: FET’s, minor remodels, full store remodels, new stores, fuel centers, point to point, grocery pickup, EMS systems, click list. Manage remote teams of technicians to successfully complete hundreds of projects a year. Forecast cost and revenue on a monthly basis. Build relationships and establish credibility with new and existing customer stakeholders through clear and consistent communication and high level project delivery.
Create prototypical store merchandise plans using expertise in store layout and store design. Ensure drawing accuracy, manage store design projects, modify store merchandise plans and support the implementation of business solutions.
