A proven Construction Information Systems Manager with extensive knowledge in project management, hardware, software, networking, cloud computing and cybersecurity, able to ensure an effective design and implementation of large-scale ICT infrastructures within the energy industry. Specialized in multi-billion EPC projects, in charge of: - Project Quantity Surveying Department, responsible for setting strategic long and short-term goals, evaluating outcomes, managing the departmental budget, recruiting and training employees, fostering a productive working environment, eliciting job expectations and appraising performance; - Managing business-critical tasks primarily focused on project planning, progress monitoring and productivity (quantity/cost/hours based) by discipline (civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and telecommunication), using appropriate estimating tools and BIM software, including Oracle Primavera P6, Oracle APEX (Application Express) and Oracle Aconex in Oracle Cloud, ARES PRISM, Autodesk AutoCAD and Autodesk Navisworks; - Liaising with Project Management, Project Control, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Legal and Contracts departments to prepare bid, change order packages, quantity/cost analysis reports, budgets, projections, feasibility studies and manage work progress accounting (direct hiring and subcontracting) as per contract administration guidelines and procedures; - Supporting Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Mechanical Completion, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning departments certifying that systems and components are designed, installed, tested, operated and maintained according to client's requirements and local/international standards.
