Ejecutivo senior con más de 30 años de experiencia en el sector del comercio minorista, los doce últimos en el área de Expansión en España y Portugal. Trayectoria demostrable en la gestión de la cartera de tiendas de la compañía en Iberia en dependencia directa de la Dirección General en Iberia y contacto con otras direcciones de área locales, así como con la Dirección de Real Estate Europa de C&A. Destacando en la visión estratégica del negocio y gestión en entornos muy competitivos, habiendo conseguido resultados altamente beneficiosos para la compañía. Conocedor en profundidad del sector inmobiliario y de sus principales actores, con una sólida reputación en este ámbito.
General scope of the function: As “Real Estate Manager” I have to search, evaluate, and present all new possible premises and projects for C&A Iberia according to the strategic guidelines given by the DOC. Furthermore I’m responsible for the successful development and negotiation for these projects and also in charge for the follow up and preparation of the rent-reviews policy concerning the lease contracts for all existing stores in the company. Basic functions description: 1.- To ensure the Company maximizes the portfolio in Spain. That includes new stores, extensions, downsizings, closures and optimization of store rents and Shopping Centers expenses. 2. - Create and excellent relationship with Landlords and developers in Iberia. 3.- Propose and/or recommend and report timely to the DOC all possible successful location projects for C&A stores in Iberia. 4. - Ensure that all projects are re-evaluate with objective statistical market information (rent per capita, catchment area, potential consumer quality …). 5. - Keep track and communicate to all C&A Iberia mportant commercial real estates movements, supporting the development of Spanish Expansion strategy. 6. - Responsible for the follow-up and preparation of the rent reviews policy concerning all the lease contracts for all existing stores in Iberia. Additional to the specific tasks concerning the Company in Iberia, I also support the European Head of Real Estate in three main areas. 1. - Creating portfolio control tools at European level. 2. - Training and supporting in Portfolio Management tools and technics. 3. - Analyzing, fine tuning and consolidating portfolio data and parameters given by the countries all across Europe.
