As an experienced Project Manager IT, I am currently working at Dura Vermeer Groep IT where I am responsible for the successful execution of multiple high-impact projects that have a strong IT component. These projects are crucial for the various divisions of Dura Vermeer and have a significant impact on the overall business operations. Next to managing projects I am coaching my project manager colleagues and helping them out where needed.
Managing the Operations department consisting out of three subteams (+-20 FTE) which are ERP consultants, IT consultants and the project managers. The teams are primarily working on projects which are related to Microsoft products such as Business Central, Teams, Sharepoint, Azure and Defender. On a regular basis I am also fulfilling the role as project manager for large projects or if needed take place as a senior supplier in the project board.
In the position as project manager I was working within Group IT on multiple projects simultaneously. Most of the projects were related to ERP, HR and IT infrastructure and had a high business impact. With my extensive Agile knowledge I was responsible for setting up the basis for all other scrum teams to follow within Group IT. Next to my position as a project manager I was also fulfilling the role as a Scrum master for the HR/Finance team. In this role I was coaching the team and helping them to be successful.
As Functional Application Manager I was working from 2014-2017 for the One IHC programme. During this period I was implementing IFS and Oracle Sales Cloud for all the business units of Royal IHC. The functional areas that I have worked on were procurement, logistics, sales and project management. Before the implementation of the new ERP and CRM I was the application manager for ISAH and Oracle Hyperion. In the period I was working for Kewill I was mainly programming customization for Chainware (logistics software). Next to programming I was also: - Resolving incident and problems - Upgrading systems to the newest versions - Creating EDI solutions - Testing of customization made by other colleagues - Installing customization on the server of the customer - Developing reports
