Over 5+ years’ experience of production control and project management in international company with multicultural teams provided me to be multifunctional and think out of the box. Following up undertaken projects with careful focus is my first aim till executing commitments and finishing with approvals. Also, achieving targeted production productivity, preparing production schedule, controlling work flows of sub-contractors, managing production line are some of my responsibilities, too. As a summary, I want to mention to have ability to adapt for new conditions with my strong character. My goal is to procure maximum benefit for our common future.
.- Controlling of pre-production suppliers.
.- Responsible of Production Scheduling for each project and getting approval .- Arranging production line according to the project together department members .- Preparation production organization chart team by team and getting approvel .- Leading 14 teams in production line, mainly Electric Teams in them. .- Following up daily production progress by using SAP ERP system and matching between system and real production line situation. .- Following up daily, weekly and monthly production efficiency rates. .- Responsible of daily, weekly and monthly reports to upper-management about all values. .- Keeping department KPI and giving reports to upper-management about results .- Doing material allocation for each work stations by using SAP MM system .- Checking and giving feedback to designers about drawings and process sheets at beginning of project .- Closely working with multinational supplier teams during set-up the prototype cars
.- I completed my military service duty as a lecturer in Turkish Armed Forces. .- Teaching CCS C coding in microcontrollers to military students. .- Doing exam and evaluation. .- Preparing lessons to show how to PCB card designing.
.- Observation of automotive production line. .- Checking welding robots for maintenance in production process.
