Drove complex fault diagnosis activities using electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, protection settings and advanced test equipment, ensuring rapid and accurate issue resolution. Led structured Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations for electrical, mechanical and component-level failures and implemented effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to minimize recurrence. Analyzed field performance and failure data to identify recurring technical risks and provided actionable feedback to engineering and quality teams to support continuous product improvement. Managed technical evaluation of returned products (RMA), including failure validation, defect classification, and warranty assessment, contributing to warranty cost control and process efficiency. Prepared detailed failure analysis reports and technical documentation that supported engineering decisions and quality improvements. Provided high-level remote troubleshooting support to customers, contractors, and internal sales engineers, reducing downtime and improving customer satisfaction.
