- Assist in handling planning applications under Sections 12A and 16, property valuation and other land matters - Assist Lands Department in the assessment of crops and farm equipment and implements affected under the project of the Development of Kwu Tung North and Fanling North New Development Area - Remaining Phases - Conduct mapping surveying in outdoor inspection with the frequent uses of GIS applications for land analysis
- Perform as a K11 Art & Cultural-themed tour ambassador with excellent customer experience and storytelling - Coordinate promotional activities or tours and introduce regular and thematic exhibitions to guests at K11 MUSEA
- Assist in handling planning applications under sections 12A and 16, including drafting circulation memos, organising public comments and categorising departmental comments in preparing RNTPC papers and appendices - Handle extension of time (EOT) applications for commencement of temporary uses - Issue warning letters for suspected unauthorised development to applicants - Perform ad hoc tasks such as updating the R-to-C list and compliance status of pervious and current planning applications
