As a health manager who loves technology and innovation, I started my career by working in various hospital departments. I integrated the quality management knowledge I acquired in my field into both hospital processes and the quality assurance management of international medical manufacturing companies. Solving problems, taking precautions, fostering cooperation, and maintaining egalitarian human relations are my top priorities. I specialize in product development, production processes, service control, and quality control audits. I have set up and managed quality systems for production lines, chemistry R&D, and electronics R&D laboratories. In addition to these responsibilities, I have been actively involved in import and export operations, gaining practical experience in international trade. I also served as a coordinator to support foreign companies in sustaining and developing their operations in Turkey, ensuring seamless communication and effective collaboration across cultural and organizational boundaries. When I wasn’t here, I participated in quality assurance audits, training sessions, congresses, and presentations. While I enjoy being involved in social responsibility projects, I believe that everything that elevates us to higher consciousness has value and energy.
