10+ yıllık iş tecrübem söz konusu. Uzmanlığım "yazılım proje yönetimi", "kurumsal iş/süreç analizleri ve geliştirme". Bununla birlikte kariyer özetim şöyledir: "Pazarlama Yönetiminde Stratejik Pazarlama,Hedefleme,Konumlama" konulu bitirme projemin uygulamasını Anadolu Efes’de gerçekleştirdim. Daha sonra lojistik sektöründe yer alan Edak Ecza Deposu'nda 4 yıl "CRM Proje Yöneticisi/ İş Süreç Geliştirme Uzmanı" olarak çalıştım. Çeşitli iş geliştirme projelerinde yer aldım. "Üye Müşteri Segmentasyonu" projesini başlatarak proje liderliğini yaptım. Daha sonra satış pazarlama faaliyetlerinin ve verilen tüm hizmetlerin bilgi sistemleriyle de desteklenerek geliştirilmesi için, CRM Sistemi çalışmalarını başlattım. Yazılım için gerekli veri toplama/iş süreç analizleri/dizaynı ve sistemin kurulumundan başlayarak proje liderliği ve sistem yöneticiliğini üstlendim. Merkez ve şubelerdeki saha çalışanları, satış danışmanları, telefonla satış ve çağrı merkezi ekipleri, üye ilişkileri, tahsilat elemanları ve diğer iç departmanlara eğitimler verdim. Ekiplere kullanıcı sistem desteğini sağladım. CRM'deki verilere bağlı olarak, segmente edilen farklı gruplara verilen hizmetlerin özelleştirilmesine ve kaynakların daha verimli kullanılmasına yönelik yeni proje fikirleri ürettim. Tamek Holding bünyesinde kurulmuş olan Ektam Makine'de ise 5 yıl, global bir yazılım olan IFS ERP projesi yönettim.
