Corporate Real Estate leader responsible for the strategy, performance and continuous optimisation of a Switzerland wide real estate and energy portfolio. I lead and develop the Property Management team, set the CRE roadmap in line with business strategy, and steer the full lifecycle of corporate sites: portfolio planning, location development, leasing and subleasing, contract negotiations, acquisitions and divestments. I own the real estate budget and drive cost and value optimisation through governance, process and system improvements, supplier steering and KPI based performance management. I also lead complex real estate projects end to end, ensuring compliance, risk control, quality and stakeholder alignment across Finance, Legal, HR, HSE, IT and the business. In addition, I oversee electricity procurement and guarantees of origin, and deliver relevant real estate sustainability data for internal and external reporting.
• Operational leadership of the Property Management Switzerland team • Ensuring the supply, control and optimisation of all operationally necessary properties for offices, storage and technical facilities as well as shops (identification and realisation of value increase potentials as well as long-term reduction of real estate costs) • Procurement, control and optimisation of electrical energy for all Swiss locations and network amplifiers. • Negotiations with landlords and subtenants and preparation of the relevant contracts • Ensuring long-term contractual coverage of strategically important locations (risk management) • Reporting to the parent company Liberty Global (Reports and data analysis) • Content-, process- and system-related optimisation of the existing tools and databases of Property & Facility Management (especially SAP RE-FX) • Purchase/sale of properties • Integration of properties and related contracts and processes into the existing databases and process structures for company acquisitions • Maintenance of internal and external contacts such as landlords, authorities, regional and site managers, etc. • Project management including management of interdisciplinary teams • Creation, optimisation and implementation of the location strategy for office locations • Support in the creation, optimisation and implementation of the location strategy for technical locations • Responsibility for environmental reporting CR 360

Participation in individual and collegial court meetings. Processing of cases from all branches of a court instance, in particular drafting of judgements, orders and decrees, including proceedings in debt collection and bankruptcy cases as well as in criminal proceedings. Chairmanship and conduct of negotiations of the arbitration authority in rental and lease matters. Providing legal advice on legal and procedural issues in the field of labour, family and tenancy law. Communication with the public, specialists, authorities and lawyers.
