(Yearly volume : 300.000 cbm / 8000 teu) Claim – import insurance process operating and tracking to finalize each issue. Take action on time – in advance for supply chain plans and purposes Liaison with other groups (sales, finance dept. and logistic dept, etc.) Coordinating and managing the relationship between Forwarders, Customs Brokers, LSP, and insurance company. Managing the customs broker and realize importing the goods on time. Tracking and reducing the defective products originated from the import operation. Tracking and supplying the mandatory documents for Import operation. ( CE (Declaration of conformity), ATR, Test Reports, Gas Documents, Energy efficiency test report etc.) Communicate with foreign venders, suppliers and service providers '3PL KPI monitoring and reporting (monthly) Monthly/Quartherly Operational Analysis, preparing performance and cost reports to review 3PL performances and costs Implement cost saving projects : In 2021 vs. 2020, yearly operational cost saving is approx. 1.000.000 TL (172.000 usd)
