Today Managing Director of a small company (FlightSafety International France) and manager of a joint venture (Falcon Training Center), my career began as an engineer 30 years ago within the Air France group, where I played a key role in the company's transformation in a demanding and competitive international environment. My career then continued in the high-tech aerospace and defense industry at Rockwell Collins / Collins Aerospace and RTX, where I took part in numerous development projects and mergers & acquisitions. Today, I hold the position of Managing Director of small and medium-sized companies and subsidiaries within the Berkshire Hathaway group. With a rich and varied experience, mainly acquired in the aerospace and defense sector, I have developed an expertise in organizational transformation solutions, continuous improvement of operational and financial performance, technological innovation and international leadership. I have had the opportunity to take part in a number of exciting projects, including the operation of the Supersonic Concorde aircraft, landmark mergers and acquisitions, and the reconstruction of air transport in Vietnam. As an expert in industrial reorganization and project management aimed at improving competitiveness, I have successfully led multidisciplinary teams and carried out high-impact transformation projects, whether at the head of companies or business units in large and medium-sized enterprises. My expertise is based on a solid strategic vision, coupled with an ability to lead complex transformations, notably in the management of business portfolios of over 100 million euros, the direction of Small and Mid-sized companies, or the implementation of transformation solutions in highly competitive environments. My profile and experience have been built up in the air transport, aerospace, defense, MRO and simulation sectors. Curious and open to other industrial sectors, I'm proud to share my experience and expertise on executive committees, or as an advisor to managers and shareholders, particularly in Small and medium-sized businesses or mid-sized companies.
