- Management of a team of 15 buyers including 4 managers -Leading the transformation, implementing new business models focused on the next generations of architecture. -Redefining the purchasing strategy by directly negotiating & securing semiconductors. Going from a Tier 1 approach to manufacturing with electronic manufacturing suppliers -The role enables me to have the complete scope going from the semiconductor selection to the software used on the hardware.
- Management of a team 14 buyers including 1 manager - Successfully Managed a Team Merger (FCA & PSA) -Negotiated the next generation of ADAS L2, L2+ & L3: 1B€ of yearly APV. -Negotiating major deals with new semiconductor players, defining a new business model
- Management of a team of 11 buyers - Changed the business model, separating software & hardware. Established new Strategies for the Infotainments & displays. -Delivered a yearly saving above expectations
- Project in cooperation PSA – TOYOTA: In charge of coordination between Toyota et PSA for purchasing. - Leading PSA buyers during RFQ phases - In charge of the project management during development. - Working on design to cost in early stages of development with suppliers & engineering to generate monozukuri savings
Transversal management of commodity buyers on seats, textiles/leathers, stampings, wiping, wheels, soundproofing, etc. Coordinating the project team and suppliers: - Search for alternative solutions to achieve the optimum technical-economic compromise - Management of supplier planning/quality/service commitments, from supplier choice to serial production. - Monitoring of development and industrialization schedules (project milestones: prototype parts, launch of tools, deliveries of the first parts, etc.) - Coordination with China JVs (DPCA and CAPSA)
