Specialized in development, integration and validation of Manufacturing IT systems (Siemens SimaticIT EBR), network, database maintenance and administration (Oracle, SQL server,...), IT infrastructure (VMWare, XenApp,...) , project management, IT service & team management, budget management.
* IT leader within the Senior Leadership Team for the Lessines & San Vittore (Switzerland) sites, contributing to digital transformation and industrial performance optimization. * Supervision and integration of an external service provider (Tata Consulting Services) to ensure efficient and agile management of IT Manufacturing & Office support. * Design and execution of the digitalization roadmap for the sites, accelerating the transition to Industry 4.0 and maximizing operational efficiency. * Technical reference and expert in MES development at both European and global levels, facilitating the seamless deployment of digital solutions across multiple sites. • Strategic and operational leadership of MES software implementation across Europe, ensuring continuous improvement of production processes and regulatory compliance (until Dec 2022) • Leadership of an international team of MES developers (3 people), ensuring alignment with business and technological objectives (until Dec 2022)
* Management of an IT team of 5 people, ensuring high performance, continuous skills development, and alignment with the objectives of the Lessines plant. * Lead MES and IT Infrastructure projects for the Medical Products division, optimizing production workflows and enhancing operational efficiency. * Collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to integrate IT solutions with manufacturing operations, ensuring seamless communication between production and IT systems. * Management of OPEX & CAPEX IT Manufacturing budgets, optimizing resource allocation to drive cost efficiency and maximize ROI.
