My role is to: Proactively work with the business to identify today's and tomorrow's staffing needs Anticipate, design and implement a recruitment strategy to meet these needs Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks) Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates Assess the soft and technical skills My focus is on Cyber security, Cyberdefense, IT Strategy, Opérations Technology, Cloud, Data Privacy, Finance, Engineeers & Generalist profiles across the world. - Plan and implement company recruitment strategy - Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions - Design and manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.) - Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events - Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment - Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates - Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities - Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics - Communicate regularly with HR department to get a clear view of company’s hiring needs and organizational goals
- Supporting a range of key stakeholder groups with internal and external sourcing and recruitment related activities - Implement sourcing strategies aligned to workforce planning requirements and training accessibility - Focus on identifying and designing effective recruitment strategies by conducting thorough vacancy planning - Coordinating resources to ensure sourcing project timelines are met - Identifying and monitoring sourcing project timelines, ensuring we provide and innovative, efficient and effective service - Ensuring the candidate experience is always positive and reinforces our organisation's employment brand - Coaching, training and supporting business managers and people advisers on effective and best practice recruitment strategies - Managing external supplier relationships in line with contractual agreement and handling SLA related matters - Ensuring publically available content such as job advertisements, Qantas Careers content and any other content pertaining to Qantas' employment brand is in accordance with corporate communications and Qantas Brand guidelines
- Primary responsibility for end-to-end recruitment for protective services and customer facing business units - Lead two Talent Acquisition Consultants junior including ongoing support and guidance, conduct one on ones, provide training and manage performance - Work with General Managers, Corporate Managers, Account and Branch Managers to confirm recruitment forecasts and needs - Consult with the hiring managers and stakeholders to come up with various sourcing strategies. - Effectively use professional networking sites - Prepare advertisements in consultation with the Hiring Manager - Organise and conduct the onboarding process for new starters - Conduct telephone interviews and face to face interviews - Organise pre-employment medical appointments. - Conduct Reference Checks - Prepare and issue letters of offer
