Molecular Oncology Group (MOL) -Methodological guidance and statistical analysis planning for translational oncology studies. -Data visualization and analytical reporting (R, Shiny, Adobe Illustrator, Inkscape, Figma). -Development of publication-ready figures, graphical abstracts, infographics, and scientific visual materials. -Scientific communication and community management for the MOL team.
Oncology Data Science group (ODYSSEY). Medical Data Annotation, and centralize the collection of clinical/molecular data requested by various external entities or internal teams. Work with medical teams to resolve data inconsistencies before delivery. Statistical support. Data visualization. Predictive and prognostic modeling, identification of cancer drivers. Data quality checking. Technical and Academic Writing. Scientific communication. 80% Remote and 20% office work.
Collection, integration, and validation of clinical-molecular databases of matched targeted agents and standardized reports of next-generation sequencing tests. Collaborative research in cancer genomics/computational oncology and its clinical implications. Statistical support. Data visualization.
Data entry and use of the research management application (GREC) for calculating key performance indicators (KPIs). Management of GREC, and budget revisions of research projects. Verify UB researcher and professor CVs, and comply with research call criteria. GREC is the CRIS (Current Research System Information) developed by the University of Barcelona, currently used in various institutions and research organizations. It comprises applications targeted to authenticated users (researchers, research groups, managers) and open-access web portals.
