Loving technology ever since, I decided to become a Structural / Civil Engineer by education. As a Segment Lead Offshore Wind with DNV I'm now responsible to support, deliver and develop into our customers projects and to foresight and evaluate trends and market changes in offshore wind. Working with the team at #DNV ensures a super high-quality, consistent, and efficient services provision globally and in Europe specifically. In my professional path I have worked as an expert in the turbine & project certification business. At the early stages I took a team lead positions in certifiaction business. After the experiences in certification I decided to move into advisory and consultancy, again leading teams with onshore and then more and more offshore wind focus. In my carrier I gained an in-depth understanding of turbine technology, offshore logistics, project development & consenting, contracting, project operation & maintenance and technical risks in various projects.
Segment Lead Offshore Wind for the Northern Europe Region with a focus on bottom fixed offshore wind assets within the new DNV unit Energy Systems. Supporting our customers within the market segment offshore wind and enabling access to our wide service portfolio and the strong expertiese of all the experts we have in our team.
