With 15+ years of experience, I’ve evolved from a UI/UX engineer into a Product / Design System Lead focused on the 'how' of design. At Celonis, I lead the Design System and its governance, ensuring our teams have the tools, processes, and libraries they need to thrive. Currently, I’m focused on architecting our AI-related infrastructure—bridging the gap between design and development by implementing AI-augmented workflows (e.g., Cursor, Figma Make). My goal is to empower designers to move beyond static screens toward production-ready components and rapid prototyping. I’m a firm believer in the power of Figma, the efficiency of a well-oiled design system, and the flexibility of modern leadership — balancing high-performing remote and on-site teams.
