• Analyzed potential acquisition targets by performing strategic due diligence on energy, packaged goods and confectionery, in Italy and Europe, building valuation models and coordinating industry experts to define strategic underlying hypotheses • Identified and tested performance improvement levers to reduce credit provisions for the Serbian and Croatian subsidiary of a leading banking group in Europe. Working side-by-side with local Chief Risk Officer, achieved initial results showing up to 10% decrease in provisions • Developed a sales-performance dashboard with hourly updates for a leading telecommunication company while co-leading a team of 50+ inbound sales telephone operators, resulting in a 10-fold increase in sales of mobile and fixed-line bundles
