Part of the Global Graduate Program Second rotation: Volvo Bil - Commercial Strategy and Customer Experience - Volvo Bil is responsible for all corporate company cars for Volvo Car Group and partners. - Worked in a business development team within the commercial area. - Project lead for a pilot project for a new technique for high voltage battery repair. The pilot was cross-functional between Volvo Cars (R&D, service operations) and Volvo Bil (workshop). - Part of rolling out a new strategy and launched a new concept for strategy follow-up in the organization.
Part of the Global Graduate Program First Rotation: IDP Global Logistics - Acting as a buyer for EMEA Inbound Road. - Responsible for sourcing an aftermarket flow of approx. 40MSEK including analysis, negotiation and presenting the case on the Global decision forum. - Part of setting up an updated commodity strategy for EMEA Inbound road, specifically contributing with spend analysis and supplier segmentation. - Part of the analysis phase of a sourcing for a new logistic facility in Ghent, including visiting suppliers on site.
Member of the board for the Female Network of the University of Gothenburg, School of Business, Economics and Law. In charge of budgeting and financial management. As a board we arranged several networking events, scholarships for female leadership and set up a new mentoring programme connecting our female members with mentors from companies in Gothenburg.
Member of the administrative team responsible for coordination of all training and projects. Tasks also includes active involvement in ongoing projects with high profile clientele in a range of businesses.
