• Coordinate Physician Practice acquisitions and integrations • Manage Enterprise Training Team and Enterprise Application Senior Analysts • Manage Enterprise Practice Management and Electronic Health Record Deployment and support • Successful conversion of 23 Physician Practices to the Enterprise EMR system from paper and/or other systems • Primary point of contact for all critical issues • Oversight of the creation of all training curriculum and schedules • Oversight of the creation of Computer Based Learning modules • Facilitate support efforts with external vendors and internal Northside Microsystems, Operations and Help Desk personnel • Manage vendor contracts and relationships • Work with Physician Practice Management to ensure high levels of provider and end user satisfaction • Implementation of Patient Portal for 64 providers • Support of Meaningful Use/MIPS initiatives for all providers – all successful in 2016
