Bilingual (C2) Mechatronic Engineer graduated from the University of San Buenaventura, with an emphasis on data analysis and analytical programming. I have experience in data management and execution of ETL processes, which generate methods of analysis and visualization to allow the development of strategies and accurate decision-making. I have skills in personnel coordination and strategic planning, with a focus on solutions and teamwork. My technical knowledge includes data management and analysis tools such as Power BI, Excel, Alteryx, Python, and SQL, as well as knowledge in Machine Learning and Deep Learning. My leadership, numerical management, and solution orientation complement my professional profile. Exploring opportunities to expand my skills in the field of data analysis.
Responsibilities. • Manage projects using weekly or monthly sales data of various products to generate insights on product performance and competitiveness in different markets, whether in the US or Latam. Additionally, predict the decline in product sales through the analysis of internal and cross elasticities • Implement ETL methods in python or Microsoft Excel for detailed analysis and visualization of data. • Identify key points where data extraction, cleaning, and analysis can be optimized through codes, dashboards, or macros, and develop the corresponding automation process. Achievements: • Created a new application for NielsenIQ based on the Tkinter library in Python, which organizes all the company’s codes, macros, and useful resources into a single scalable, reproducible, and intuitive user interface. The tool is designed to be used by every Nielsen analyst worldwide. • Increased the efficiency of the company’s information resources by 100%, allowing everything to be consulted in one place and incorporating any tool or code developed in Python within the same application.
Responsibilities. • Migrate the database from Google Sheets to Excel with the aim of consolidating data into standardized string values and creating dimension tables for the implementation of a relational database. • Implement ETL methods in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for detailed analysis and visualization of data before its assignment and integration into the general database. • Create dashboards that report the behavior of the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) requested by the company, which include total sales, total number of sales, average monthly sales, and the analysis of the days with the highest and lowest flow and products with the highest and lowest demand. Achievements: • I managed to migrate and reorganize the structure of the database to a more adaptive environment using computer tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI, adapting the information to a relational database. • I achieved a 100% reduction in typographical errors in the database through the standardization of labels hosted in drop-down lists for key analysis columns. • I managed to implement a Data-Driven culture in Osam, with a BI focus, through the use of tools such as Excel and Power BI.
Responsibilities. 1. Implement ETL methods in Power BI for detailed analysis and visualization of valuable data from the file before its allocation and integration into the general database. 2. Supervise the analysis and tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), which include Average Response Time, First Contact Resolution Rate, Customer Satisfaction Rate, Number of Cases Resolved per Day, and Average Case Resolution Time. 3. Consolidate and organize indicator reports on dashboards, taking into account aspects such as quality, time, and individual productivity of each team member, and then deliver these reports to the business line leader. Achievements: 1. I was able to increase daily performance to over 97% in less than 2 months and maintain it, which led to recognition from my superiors. 2. I achieved significant improvement in operational efficiency by reducing the team’s pending cases from 300 to 0 in less than two months.
Responsibilities. 1. Develop reports and presentations highlighting key aspects of the translation business line to foster Microsoft’s interest. 2. Provide interpretation services (English-Spanish) to Latin American companies in virtual workshops taught by certified Microsoft engineers. Achievements: 1. I was able to maintain our customer satisfaction indicator above 95%, which led to Microsoft’s approval to formalize the business line throughout Latin America.
Responsibilities: 1. Persuade AT&T users to purchase Asurion products that offer risk coverage for mobile devices, and promote the acquisition of additional insurance for home devices. 2. Monitor KPIs for the implementation of improvements and development of strategies that allow for the achievement of established objectives. Achievements: 1. I received recommendations from my superiors due to my operational performance exceeding 92% for internal supervisor calls after four months.
Responsibilities: 1. Analyze databases on human anatomy to design an optimal CAD model of a hand prosthesis focused on finger movement using Autodesk Inventor. 2. Consolidate data that allows for the evaluation of dimensions, quality, and mobility, and present it in a detailed report to my supervisor. 3. Update the cloud-hosted database daily with any new developments or design advances through a web interface. Achievements: 1. I achieved a 66% increase in the estimated time of deterioration of the prosthesis by replacing hemp with printed mechanisms that generate finger extension and flexion movements. 2. I received a recommendation after four months of fulfilling 100% of the design commitments to apply as a general representative of the foundation in France.
