Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, construction, utilities, transactions, environmental, and legal teams to align on entitlement and permitting requirements. Develop permitting schedules, risk assessments, mitigation plans, and approval strategies to ensure predictable project delivery. Manage external permitting consultants, environmental specialists, and legal teams to support technical submittals and regulatory compliance. Drive process improvement initiatives, improving permitting predictability and strengthening internal coordination workflows.
