I have vast experience in shaping agile environments, in designing robust and fit-for-purpose business architecture and in helping people navigate through complex change. This unique blend of skills allows me to bring true added value to any organisation planning for or undergoing any type of transformation. I firmly believe the secret of getting things done is to act: if you're looking for a consultant sticking to theory and preaching change management, architectural or agile principles from the sideline, I'm not the person you're looking for. I get energized from making complex things look clear & simple, from helping people see and experience the advantages of a transformation and from actively working with team(s) to iteratively move forward towards a jointly set goal. I focus on two key aspects to get the job done: work in a structured manner and always maintain a positive attitude. I attach a lot of importance to open & clear communication and will keep close track of progress, risks and challenges faced. According to customers, I make a difference by truly understanding their reality, constantly focusing on maximizing business value and am able to motivate a team towards tangible results.
