As Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of Mosadex, I was responsible for the commercial strategy and performance across multiple healthcare and pharmacy-related businesses within the group. I managed P&L responsibility at group level, led 12 management teams across 12 companies, and was part of the executive management team of Mosadex Holding. My responsibilities included commercial leadership, strategic development, and organizational growth across pharmacy, wholesale, retail, and healthcare services. In addition, I served as board member of ApotheekZorg Hulpmiddelen, a joint venture focused on healthcare and medical supply solutions.
