As Chief Commercial Officer, I work closely with the CEO to drive execution of our strategy and ensure a consistently high level of performance across the organization. With the team, we lead commercial and operational initiatives for a fleet of around 100 vessels, completing more than 6,000 voyages annually. I step in where needed to create momentum and maintain focus, bridging strategy and execution across the business. A core part of my role is supporting our people, ensuring employees are set up to perform at their best and operate in an environment where open and honest dialogue is part of everyday work. I have a proven track record of simplifying and developing systems, opening new markets and delivering on strategic goals. I hold an Executive MBA from Copenhagen Business School with a focus on strategy, implementation, and operational efficiency.
