In my current role at Flender, I drive and develop overarching strategic topics for the Wind business unit in the renewable energy sector. Flender operates as a leading supplier of wind gearboxes and generators, in a dynamic and fast-changing market environment. My tasks include: • Overseeing Corporate Business Development for Winergy, a Flender brand and global leader in the wind industry. • Developing strategic plans, programs, and measures in coordination with the business line and management. • Acting as an advisory support for the Wind business unit on all overarching strategic issues. • Acting as the interface between Flender and external wind analysts and experts. • Conducting wind market research and analysis. • Analysing key customers and competitors. • Moderating strategic workshops. • Supporting Flender’s wind-related engagement with political associations and policymakers
