• Supported the development of the first commercial CCS business across Norway and Europe, enhancing market presence. • Assisted senior commercial advisors in negotiating Transport and Storage Agreements (TSAs), supporting the FID for an expansion covering an additional 3.5 MTPA of CO2 capacity. • Conducted market analysis to identify and originate potential clients, contributing to strategic growth initiatives. • Coordinated funding applications with EU and national governments, securing essential resources.
Equinor's power market analysis team is responsible for the official power price projection (EPA price) in our key markets (Europe, US, APAC). This price level is of paramount importance to asset valuation, investment decisions and business development in anything power. • Spearheaded the development of a new modeling tool for European power supply, improving forecasting accuracy and a key input to long term power price projections.
Supported the 7 gigawatt (GW) offshore wind site auction in Germany (2023), of which TTE won 2 sites: N-12.1 (2 GW) in the North Sea and O-2.2 (1 GW) in the Baltic Sea. These sites mark TTE's entry into offshore wind power in Germany. Notable activities: Power price analysis, Bid strategy analysis, Competitor Analysis, Tender Analysis.
